Only One Out privacy policy

Last updated: 6 November 2026

Only One Out ("the app") is a racing game for Android made by Digcy (DIGCY SARL AU, Casablanca, Morocco; "we"). This policy explains what data the app uses and why. Contact: hello@digcy.com.

No account

You don't sign up or log in. Your progress (level, who you play as, the name you type in "Me" mode, sound and vibration settings) is saved on your phone. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes it.

Waitlist (website)

If you join the waitlist on oneout.digcy.com, we store your email, the page you signed up from and your browser language, with Supabase (EU). We use it only to tell you when the game is out, then you can ask us to delete it any time at hello@digcy.com. It is never sold or shared.

Online races

When you tap Play online, the app connects to our real-time service (Supabase Realtime, servers in the EU) and shares with the other players in that race:

This is passed straight to the other players' phones and is not stored by us. While the app is open it also counts how many players are online (using the same random ID). Don't type your real full name in "Me" mode. Levels work offline and send nothing.

Ads (Unity Ads)

The app shows ads through Unity Ads (Unity Technologies): a banner under the game, a full-screen ad between races now and then, and an optional video to get back into a race after a knockout. To show, measure and limit ads and to prevent fraud, Unity may collect your device's advertising ID and other device identifiers, your IP address and approximate location, device and app information, how you interact with the app and with ads, and diagnostics such as crash and performance data.

On first launch the app asks whether ads may be personalised. You can change your choice any time in Settings → Ad privacy choices, and reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings. Unity's privacy policy: unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy.

Purchases (Google Play)

"Remove ads" is bought through Google Play Billing. Google handles the payment; we never see your card or payment details. Google tells the app what you bought so it can restore it. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

Ratings

Now and then the app may show Google Play's own rating card. Google handles it and we don't learn whether or how you rated.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Your choices

See delete your data. Questions: hello@digcy.com. We'll update this page if the app changes what it does with data.
